For my wedding I made sure I did everything, here is a small sample.

Design Stuff

I am on the board for the Backpack program thru Foodlink, it is a program to give children in need food for the weekend, we have been toying with logos and here is what we have so far.

I put this together for my cousin, it is similar to a picture we took for him years ago when we were all together. I asked everyone from 5 different states to take a picture of themselves and this is the final product.

Senior Portraits

Its that time of the year, Senior portrait deadlines are quickly approaching! Here is Connor, a senior who loves Crew. What a sweet guy!

Proctor Wedding

I had the honor of shooting the wedding of Adam and Amanda Proctor. It was a beautiful day, beautiful ceremony and I couldn't have asked for anything better. Here is a sneak peak!!

Family Time

This family never all gets together so this special occasion meant they needed special pictures. The shoot lasted about 1 hour, we had 5 different families to shoot as well as a group shot with Grandma and Grandpa. It was taken on their property is Bristol.

These are some personal pictures I took from our One Year Wedding anniversary trip to the Adirondacks.

Firefighters Love Flame

These two firefighters have a burning love for one another, these were taken a while back for my sister-in-laws wedding. I was only shooting the ceremony and pictures of the family, mainly. Chuck & Kristen now have a very handsome son, who smiles and giggles all the time.

As easy as pulling out a box of crayons.

I whipped up this rack card for a friends mother who owns a bed and breakfast in Bristol NY. This is the beginning of a campaign including seasonal postcards, brochures one for the Inn and a specialty wedding brochure. As well as information regarding pricing for their webpage. So I have had some interest in work that I have done, great! It is nice to have an ego boost now and again. These are some shots from a wedding I did in August of 2009. They are a close friend of ours and I am glad they let me in on their special day.

About Me!

Thanks for showing up! No matter how you got here thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and my adventures with photography and design.

Let me start with a little about me and my background, My name is Lauren and I am currently living in upstate NY. I am celebrating my one year wedding anniversary with the best husband in the world in two weeks. We are taking a much needed break from our day to day lives. We purchased a house is Rochester last year and are in the process of making a great first home for us. I learned how to rip out walls and have perfected my skills at sanding really old doors.

I went to school at RIT and graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Art, I studied advertising photography and marketing. I had a little trouble finding a stable job in this field so I ended up in Insurance. Long stretch I know! It works though, I have a great job, I have moved up in the company very quickly and it works for me.

I have been using my "skills" in design and photography since I graduated but everyone keeps asking to see more. So here it is Ladies and Gents. Enjoy!
